Samridhi Nandwani
Hi, I'm
Samridhi | समृद्धि
I’m what you’d call a moderate procrastinator—I won’t deny it. But plot twist: I also somehow end up doing my best work when the deadline is practically breathing down my neck. Pressure? Low-key my productivity booster.
I’m big on learning from people and experiences. Textbooks are cool, but conversations hit different. That’s why I love being around folks with different skills—I pick up little gems everywhere. My ultimate dream? To build a career I genuinely enjoy… one I don’t constantly need a “break” from.
A huge life lesson came from my grandfather. I once asked him if he ever got bored doing the same thing again and again. He thought about it, called me the next day, and said: “Bored? That word isn’t even in my dictionary. I enjoy what I do.” And honestly, that mindset lives rent-free in my head.
Things I vibe with: solving tricky problems, diving into behavioral science, doing ethnographic research (aka figuring out why people do what they do), being independent, and yes—leading something of my own one day. Oh, and music, because nothing else can flip your mood and mind that fast.
My story so far?
A teacher once pushed me into a petroleum competition I didn’t even plan for, and the win (plus the validation) made me realize I’ve got a spark for creativity.
In 10th grade, I competed in “Odyssey of the Mind,” and our team made it all the way to the international finals in Michigan. That’s when I knew—I’m a problem solver and strategist at heart.
In 2022, I started a small jewelry business with my mom. It didn’t blow up, but the learnings were priceless.
I’ve also mentored underprivileged girls to help them figure out their careers—probably one of the most fulfilling things I’ve done.
Of course, I’ve got my confusions (Am I a people pleaser? Do I secretly avoid hard work?). But every experience—from juggling studies, family responsibilities, and business, to overcoming introversion—keeps shaping me.
At the end of the day, I just want to build something meaningful—something that makes an impact, creates stories, and maybe makes “work-life balance” feel less like a debate and more like a lifestyle.
Do you want me to make it even shorter and punchier—like something you could actually drop as your LinkedIn “About Me” in under 150 words?
